Leadership training program (half day)
Objective: The instructor provides different training scenarios to guide students to use communication skills, group cooperation and organizational skills to allocate work, arrange positions, control time, and complete tasks. Demonstrate leadership skills and practice teamwork spirit when dealing with emergencies. At the end of the training, the instructor will give a summary of the training to let the trainees know the importance of teamwork.
Target: Major companies, social welfare organizations, youth groups and schools (anyone over 5 years old can participate)
Number of people: 15-150 people (private training is available for more than 60 people)
Time: 0930 – 1400 / 1430 – 1900 (4.5 hours)

Training instructors (instructor ratio is 1:10; instructors have obtained qualified instructor qualifications recognized by the Hong Kong Survival Games and Airsoft Shooting Sports Association; and first aid certificate);

*The company has purchased third-party liability insurance and accident insurance for the venue. This building and this site are a one-staircase, one-unit building. There are no subdivided rooms or mini-storages. They have also passed the annual fire inspection and are documented. If your organization needs to purchase insurance for specific activities, you can also purchase it through us.
